Clear Safety Responsibility
We provide role-based training and guidelines so every employee can clearly understand and act on their safety-and-health duties — clarifying responsibilities and authority for supervisors and partners alike to realize a field-led, autonomous safety culture.
Stronger Response Capability
We run regular emergency drills and accident-prevention training for all employees and partners, raising procedural fluency through realistic simulation exercises.
Self-driven Safety Culture
Beyond awareness training for all employees and partners, we actively encourage self-inspection and improvement, and operate a 'Worker Voice Center' to gather safety suggestions from the field and turn them into real improvements.
